Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure smooth planning and fairness, please note our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your workshop once, provided you notify us at least 5 days in advance. Any additional changes may be subject to a rescheduling fee to cover preparation costs.

Cancellations: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled workshop, as materials and preparations will have already been arranged.

No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking will be forfeited.
